Information
The application fee is $50 per application.
Payment of the remainder of a security deposit, which is equal to one month of rent, is required within 3-5 days after approval.
To qualify, gross income for ONE week must average the cost of one month’s rent.
Proof of income is required – Two recent pay stubs and a copy of your photo id.
Record of good credit is required.
At the time of the lease signing , the remaining balance is due (first month, last month, security deposit, fees). The payment must be in the form of a money order or a certified check.
