Apartment Rental Application Process
• Application fee is $45.00. Each additional adult is $20.00
• $100.00 (towards security deposit) is to hold the apartment for 30 days.
• Payment of the remainder of a security deposit, which is equal to one month of rent, is required within 3-5 days after approval.
• To qualify, gross income for ONE week must equal the cost of one month's rent.
• Proof of income is required - Two recent pay stubs and a copy of your photo id.
• Record of good credit is required.
• At the time of the lease signing, the remainder of balance if any (first month rent/fees) is due. The payment must be a money order or a certified check.
